Get Green to Get Green was established in 2009 to collect and recycle cell phones, although we also accept MP3 players, PDAs, digital cameras, and other hand-held electronic devices. Get Green to Get Green pays individuals and groups to collect and recycle these items. We pay for every item collected. In addition, we pay for the return shipping cost.
Easy to Use
Get Green to Get Green was developed to make it easy for busy volunteers to conduct fund raising events. You collect the items and send them to us —WE PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS! We sort them, count them, and determine their value. You’re paid market value for the item on the day that it is put into the system. You’re guaranteed a minimum of 25 cents per cell phone; the prices for other items vary. A check will be mailed to the person or group you name within 10 business days of the items being received. You will also receive an accounting of the items received and the amount paid for each one.

Get Green to Get Green provides you with everything you need to hold a successful fund raising event. Register online and you’re ready to start collecting. We have resources available to help you promote your collection on our resource page. We also offer live support to answer your questions and offer suggestions for raising as much money as possible. All you have to do is:
- Schedule your fund raising activity
- Advertise your eco-fundraiser to your friends, neighbors and supporters
- Collect the phones
- Return the phones collected in a box to FedEx.
Fundraising doesn’t get any easier than that!
Get Green to Get Green accepts all hand-held personal electronic devices to keep them out of landfills. These devices have limited value for anything other than scrap and will be purchased for their scrap value.
